Out of Pocket
While we bear the cost of contacting the client for most of our local debt recoveries, we obtain approvals from clients where reasonable out-of-pocket costs are to be incurred on their behalf in the course of our recoveries

Is the a minimum amount of debt you accept?
Yes, we typically do not take instructions for debts less than N3,000,000 (or equivalent) for single accounts and N10,000,000 (or equivalent) for multiple accounts

What is the Duration
We review each case to provide an estimation of the duration for each phase of the recovery process and the entire process.

Can you collect debts from individuals?
Yes, we provide debt collection services for both businesses (commercial collections) and individuals (consumer collections).

What if I can't find the debtor
To have an absconding debtor often indicates that there is a criminal dimension to the debt. In cases where we are unable to find the debtor, we refer such cases for criminal investigation to find the debtor and recover stolen assets
